See above. Our bar’s made from 150 year old oak doors from China. It even has iron rings, so sometimes we chain ourselves to it.

Try a glass of Tomfoolery Rose at Deli Bottega. It’s bloody great stuff.

What would you like improved in bondi?

Get Waverley Council to adopt a more enlightened outdoor seating policy. They need to understand that people who live in Bondi like to sit outdoors when they eat & drink. It’s pretty simple really.

Anything else you’d like to add?

I’d like to add a bit more Vanilla Galliano to my Espresso Martini recipe.
